Lynsi
Torres: Youngest Female Billionaire in America Revealed!
Lynsi
Torres, 30, is the President of In-N-Out Burger.
She's also
the youngest female billionaire in the U.S.
According to
a new Bloomberg report, Lynsi Torres does not have a college degree or formal
management training, but the proof is in the pudding.
Or in her
case, her business' amazing hamburgers.
Seriously
... you gotta try 'em if you haven't.
Thanks to
In-N-Out's large fan base at its nearly 280 restaurants in five states, the
chain is now worth roughly $1.1 billion, according to estimates.
Clearly,
their recipes have fueled success beyond her dreams, as it's more than enough
to make Torres the youngest woman billionaire in America.
Her
grandparents, Harry and Esther Snyder founded the chain.
Due to
deaths in the family and other circumstances, she's risen up the ranks and now
heads the entire, fast-growing and beloved fast food empire.
City
officials plead with the Irvine, California-based company to open restaurants
in their municipalities and customers line up for hours in advance.
Bloomberg
uncovered other "secret billionaires" over the past year, including
Elaine Marshall, 70, the fourth-richest woman in the entire United States.
All thanks
to her 15 percent stake in Koch Industries, which, like In-N-Out, is a
privately held company that does not have to disclose its financials.
Bloomberg
founder and NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg is a prominent billionaire (22 times
over). He is the 11th-richest person in the U.S. and 20th-richest in the world.
